Etsy is one of my very favorite places to shop for gifts. You always know you’re going to find something completely unique. And best of all, you’re supporting independent artists as you go.
At a local craft market (Clover Market, for those in the Philly area) this summer, I happened upon this sweet little schoolhouse modern cross-stitch kit.
And I decided, I was going to re-learn the craft I spent so many hours enjoying as a kid.
I appreciate that she sells both original patterns and complete DIY cross-stitch kits. I bought the Home Sweet Home complete kit, so I could give it a shot without having to gather all the supplies myself. Even the hoop is included, so it’s ready to hang as soon as you’re done.
Not the diy crafts type yourself? She also stitches her own and sells you the completed project, framed and ready for hanging.
