Thrift Store Finds

I recently had the chance to check out a new (to me) consignment shop here in Philadelphia – The Wardrobe Boutique.
And here’s my favorite find: this cream Ann Taylor wool/cashmere sweater. In fact, it still had the original tags attached. A perfect fit, brand new and deeply (deeply) discounted? That has my name all over it!
We hosted a Christmas Eve dinner and I wore this, so I was able to be both comfortable and a little festive. (There’s a bit of a sparkle woven in throughout.) I love the small details, particularly the scalloped neckline and waistline.
I will most certainly be back to check out The Wardrobe Boutique in the future. Best yet, all proceeds benefit Career Wardrobe, a non-profit organization that has been empowering women in transition for over 16 years.

I just love this idea! I am big on thrift and consignment shopping and always try to find second hand items before looking for something new.
I recently found a great brown blazer for $20 at a consignment shop. I am off to grab the link so I can join in!
Thanks for linking up, Adrienne! Love your blazer (not to mention that hot pink clutch)!
And I forgot to tell you what a cute sweater that is. I love the cream color and a wool/cashmere blend must make it very soft!
Thank you!!
Oooh gorgeous sweater!!! Awesome find! It looks so elegant!
Ooooh, that’s so pretty! I love Ann Taylor clothes.
