Running Songs – Winter 2012

One thing gets me moving – the music playing in my headphones. If I hit on the wrong song, it can pretty much stop my workout in its tracks.

Here’s hoping these new running songs help me go the distance the next few months!

I loved reading your list again! I’m loving AWOLNATION’S Kill Your Heroes and The Lumineer’s Stubborn Love right now.

I have yet to listen to music while running, but I think I need to start. My mind recites all the children’s books I read to my daughters while I’m out. “Moo, Baa, La la la” is great, but it can only motivate so many times.
