Rise of the Guardians is coming to Blu-ray and DVD this week.
To celebrate, the Simon Kidgits Club will be at Montgomery Mall (North Wales, PA) THIS Saturday, March 16. There will be crafts, activities, Easter bunny visits, giveaways, prizes and more!
About the Easter Event at Montgomery Mall:
On Saturday, March 16th, the Simon Kidgits Club at Montgomery Mall will feature exciting displays and activities inspired by DreamWorks Animation’s hit film Rise of the Guardians, which features the Easter Bunny, Jack Frost, Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy and Sandman—together for the first time! Arriving on Blu-ray and DVD on March 12th, the movie tells the story of how these beloved heroes protect the hopes and dreams of children everywhere. Children and their parents are invited to come by and take part in Rise of the Guardians-themed arts and crafts activities and have a chance at winning some terrific giveaways!

My favorite Easter tradition is watching my kids giggle with joy as they run around looking for their Easter eggs on Easter morning. We also love dying eggs as a family the night before!
We love our Easter Egg Hunts here too! The boys are really beginning to get into holiday celebrations and I’m sure our hunt this year will be so much fun! We also do an outdoor hunt at our local fire station.

I love the Russian Santa! Santa with an attitude is hilarious and definitely a new twist on him!! It was a great movie with a wonderful message that we all have a purpose.

My favorite tradition is gathering with my family to visit and have a nice dinner.
I love our annual Easter egg fight! We hard boil and color eggs weeks in advance. Then, on Easter, we take turns holding the tip of the egg up while the other person “taps” the egg. The one who ends up with out a crack in their egg, wins. This sounds very tame but usually turns into a fun, outdoor activity that ends with thrown eggs.
We love celebrating at church and doing many egg hunts in the yard!

Our city has an Eggstravaganza every year with egg hunts and rides. The kids love going.

My granddaughter and I color eggs together. We’ve been doing this since she was about 4 years old. This year we’ll try with our 3 year old granddaughter:)
