Tuesday: Large salad topped with chicken strips, cashews, craisins
Wednesday: Pizza night
Thursday: Lettuce wraps (PF Chang’s inspired) and stir-fried veggies with brown rice
Friday: Grilled tomato and cheese, split pea soup
Make-ahead freezer cooking plan: I’m going to try making my first batch of freezer breakfast burritos this week to stick in the freezer so my husband can grab one on his way out the door in the mornings.
