Tuesday: Chicken caesar wraps with side salad
Wednesday: Slow-cooked BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans
Thursday: Stuffed shells, spinach, homemade bread with olive oil dips
Friday: Date night
Make-ahead freezer cooking plan: This week we’re going to attempt a make-ahead lasagna casserole recipe. We’ll probably keep ours meatless, as we like to forgo meat at least once a week.
