SB Mathieu on Etsy
Etsy is one of my very favorite places to shop for gifts. You always know you’re going to find something completely unique. And best of all, you’re supporting independent artists as you go.
Massachusetts illustrator SB Mathieu has a great selection of prints, totes, pillows, ornaments and more.
One of her series of prints: The Adventures of Jack the polar bear and Walter the red panda – would be a perfect decoration for the kids’ rooms.
In the print above, Walter and Jack are dressed as each other for Halloween, but there are other, less seasonal prints available, too.
Jack and Walter are also available on these hand-painted fabric ornaments, as well as this adorable penguin.
I also am loving these sweet little tooth fairy pillows (below). My son hasn’t yet lost his first tooth… but that milestone will be here before we know it. This would be a special way to commemorate losing his first tooth and every tooth after!

One of the neatest parts of having a smartphone (besides the whole “having the Internet in the palm of your hand” thing) is that there are so many unique ways to individualize your phone, according to your personality.

Wouldn’t these stoneware woodland creatures be the sweetest addition to your bookcase or mantle? The owl might be my favorite, but I think my kids might prefer the hedgehogs. And I wouldn’t blame them one bit. Just take a look at this adorable pair…
Or enjoy the soft sounds of this ceramic leaf chimes mobile. I absolutely love the colors she used in the leaves. I could see these hanging in a corner of our living room waiting to catch a cross-breeze.
