We love Melissa & Doug toys around here. Their wooden blocks have been a staple at our house since my son could first start stacking and more than three years later, they’re still in near-perfect condition — even after all the tumbles they’ve taken (you know that knocking the towers down is even more fun that building them up!)

And their wood puzzles are another favorite. Those heavy-duty pieces are what sparked my son’s interest in puzzles… and more importantly, kept it going, because he wasn’t frustrated with the pieces coming loose as he worked his way through each one.

Several printable DVD coupons were just released including $2 off Ice Age: The Meltdown. My son loves Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaur. He’s never seen this one, but I think that may be changing very soon.

Wal-mart currently has this listed at $7.50 on their website. If it’s the same price in store, you’re looking at a very nice stocking stuffer for only $5.50!
