Fashion Trends – Color Blocking for Summer
I’m loving this color blocking trend – and the blue and green combo featured here is one of my absolute favorites.
Clockwise from top:
1. The cotton jersey colorblock tank is from Madewell ($40). I love this color combo.
2. Topping it off with an oh-so-subtle light turquoise beaded headband from asos ($38) gives just the right summery shimmer.
3. Put your hands to work and make your own DIY statement necklace.
4. Absolutely love this oversized envelope clutch in a bright, summery yellow. I think it could be surprisingly versatile, too, despite the color.
5. Well, hello there, classic denim skirt. Perfectly slimming and on sale, too? Doesn’t get better than that!
6. How perfect are these turquoise sandals?

I like the look of colorblocking but don’t think I could pull it off.
That’s what I’m afraid of, too. I haven’t tried it out in real life yet. Now if I could find a colorblocked tote? That would be PERFECT!!
I want this entire outfit, I love the way that it goes together! I haven’t tried colorblocking yet either, but maybe someday…
