Has anyone else noticed that suddenly peplum is everywhere? Maybe it’s Mad Men-influenced, maybe not. But it’s pretty hot right now.
I’ll admit – I had to look up peplum. I thought it was a type of fabric, like cotton or linen. Silly, silly me.
I’d love to try this trendy look, but I don’t want to spend a ton, in case it’s not around too long.
Here are a few budget-friendly versions of the peplum trend:
Love the bow detail of this bright, fun peplum top. And a seriously wearable price.
This white eyelet peplum top could easily become a wardrobe staple.
If you’re a little more daring, pick up this vegan leather version. The customer reviews are incredibly high. Everyone seems to fall in love with this piece and be pleasantly surprised by the quality when they receive it.
Or try a peplum dress – this red is a striking choice (but it also comes in black)
I really like this polka-dot peplum top - so sweet and incorporates two trends in one.
Or mix chevron and peplum with this $16 version. Yes, just $16. How can you not try the trend at that price?
What do you think? Have you tried the peplum trend?
I’m linking this up to Fashion Friday at All Things Chic. Come join the party!
